SS14 Must Have: Little White Dress!

Alan Carr’s Chatty Man: Miley Cyrus in Atsuko Kudo and Tom Ford

Posted on Friday, September 13, 2013

Miley Cyrus, currently in London, promoting her new album, “Bangerz”, will sit on Alan Carr’s gold sofa and perform “We Can’t Stop” during his Chatty Man show tonight at 10pm on Channel 4.

The show was filmed yesterday and the star rocked high-waisted Plain Wonder Cup Bra and Plain Latex Leggings with short back zip, both by Atsuko Kudo, topped with a textured, patchwork fur bomber jacket, one of my personal favourites from Tom Ford AW13 “Cross Cultural Multi Ethnic” runway.

The statement stunner with contrast chevron detail on the sleeves, is also featured in the Tom Ford AW13 campaign, shot by the designer himself.

The look was styled with gold jewelry, including Chanel anklet, and barely there snakeskin sandals.

One Night In… Austin Party: Paloma Faith in Atsuko Kudo and Vivienne Westwood

Posted on Wednesday, March 20, 2013

Paloma performed at 6th Perez Hilton’s Annual One Night In… Austin Party at Austin Music Hall on Sunday.

In addition to showcasing some of the most anticipated performances at SXSW 2013, the event successfully raised $53,000 for VH1 Save The Music Foundation: a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in America’s public schools and GLSEN: the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring safe schools for all and creating a world in which every child learns to respect and accept all people, regardless of sexual orientation.

Paloma took the stage in her custom made “Picking Up The Pieces” red latex catsuit by Atsuko Kudo and stunning kimono-esque Long Scarabeo Dress from Vivienne Westwood Gold Label SS13 collection.

Styled by Karl Willett, the chanteuse accessorized her dramatic look with River Island AW11 Dalmatian Fantasy Fur Hat, Erickson Beamon Triple Crystal Earrings and red patent Bordello Teeze Pumps.

Video Fashion Credits: Nicki Minaj “Stupid Hoe”

Posted on Tuesday, January 31, 2012

The premiere of Nicki Minaj’s “Stupid Hoe” music video for the second single from her upcoming second studio album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, with 4.8 million views in just one day, was the highest single-video VEVO number in 24 hours ever.

Directed by Hype Williams and styled by fashion design and style expert Niki Schwan, responsible for Nicki’s most iconic and outlandish looks.

Niki has been working with Nicki since the Murakami influenced June/July 2010 VIBE cover shoot (actually Nicki’s first cover shoot), that has been regarded as one of the most ground breaking covers in VIBE Magazine history.

Hairstylist for the video was the man behind a huge part of Nicki’s looks, wigmaker extraoidinaire Terence L. Davidson.

Let’s get started!

Look no. 1

Nicki wears Geoffrey Mac SS12 “Yameja” lycra swimstuit. You can check-out the entire collection and get the same swimsuit for you on Geoffrey’s offical site!

Black Giuseppe Zanotti Pantent Mirror “Jem” Sculpted Wedges you can see closer and get yourself a pair of at Luisaviaroma completed the look.

Look no. 2

Custom leather hooded corset and and leather garter belt, both by LA based design house Skingraft.

The jacket is and extension of their SS11 collection and I love if from every single angle.

For garter belt lovers, this baby with leather pouch, ruffle details and black nickel metal accents is available in a limited edition at Skingraft online store!

Look no. 3

The pearlsheen gold leopard print and black latex Miss T Body Nicki wears in the cage scenes is from Atsuko Kudo. If this piece of latex couture is the one you can’t live without, head to their online store, you can have it in countless color combinations!

I believe I don’t have to introduce the Heel-Less Platform d’Orsay Pumps by Giuseppe Zanotti the body was teamed-up with but will definitely let you know the moment I spot a pair somewhere online!

Look no. 4

Nicki is wearing a pink strapless dress with voluminous skirt from Los Angeles based haute couture label R by Berrueta and yet another pair of matching Giuseppe Zanotti patent peep-toe wedges.

For candy lips lovers, try Wifey, Baby Bleu or Banana Milkshake lipsticks by Ka’oir Cosmetics if you haven’t yet. My personal favourite from the video is Banana Milkshake. But you can get any of them, all of them and more at Ka’oir or Amazon.

Nicki will perform at next month’s Grammy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles and I can’t wait to see what she and her fashion team will come up with and share all the details with you!
